Great support and service throughout the sale process

Kristian expertise and advice was invaluable both in terms of getting my apartment ready for sale and also guiding during the process. He was transparent in keeping me updated when action needed to be taken (e.g. guide price) and also was clear on strategy to adopt best outcome. It's the combination of all of this that was crucial in securing a sale in what was (at the time) a buyers market. Fully recommended!

Above and beyond!

Kristian achieved an excellent result with the sale of my apartment; above and beyond my expectations... and in the midst of a very trincky market cycle! In addition (and just as importantly), Kristian successfully ensured the whole process was as stress free as possible by taking care of every detail from arranging the property's styling / photography, running a powerful overall marketing campaign, and finally the onsite auction.
